Everything you need to know for a carefree holiday in Villanueva del Rosario

Getting there

Málaga Airport (AGP) is around 35 minutes' drive away. There are direct flights from most European cities.

You can easily arrange a rental car at the airport. A car is strongly recommended to explore the area.

A rental car is essential. Villanueva del Rosario village is about 7 minutes' drive away and not within walking distance.

Parking at the cottages is free and ample.

Bookings are handled by email. You'll receive a reply within 24 hours with availability and prices.

Prices vary by season. Request a quote for your preferred period.

Minimum stay: 3 nights (7 nights in high season).

Check-in: from 3:00 PM

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request.

The climate is Mediterranean with warm, dry summers and mild winters.

Spring (Mar-May): 18-25°C, ideal for hiking

Summer (Jun-Aug): 30-38°C, perfect for sunbathing

Autumn (Sep-Nov): 18-28°C, pleasant and quiet

Winter (Dec-Feb): 8-16°C, mild and green

We communicate in Dutch, English and German.

Free WiFi is available in both cottages.

Payment is by bank transfer. A 30% deposit is requested at booking.

The remaining amount is due 4 weeks before arrival.

Security deposit: €200, refunded after inspection.

Children are very welcome! A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Youth groups are not accepted.

Provided and changed weekly for longer stays.

The nearest supermarket is in the village (7 min drive). For larger shops there's a supermarket in Villanueva del Trabuco (10 min drive).

The village has several excellent restaurants and tapas bars. We're happy to share our favourites with you.

Sturdy footwear is a must if you want to explore the beautiful walking routes in the area.
